Whispers of the Past
Whispers of the Past
by Steven Fuchs
The fog comes rolling in, memories appear and fade. Ghosts wander the landscape calling my name, their whispered echoes searching through dimensions. The past calls but I cannot return, only push ahead into the unknown.
A kaleidoscope of ephemeral moments play on, a movie with no beginning or end. I search the horizon for answers but find only the setting sun. The whispers follow me to the edge of existence, luring me back to where I began this journey through the ether. What lies ahead, what lies behind, an unending cycle - this is eternity.
